
CAROLYN R. DEGORIA
PT, DPT, ATC

Carolyn DeGoria received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York Medical College where she earned the New York Medical College School of Health Science and Practice Academic Excellence Award. She graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training. While there, she worked with the University’s Men’s NCAA Division 1 Ice Hockey Championship team.
Dr. DeGoria spent over a decade treating patients at New York Presbyterian Hospital - Columbia University Irving Medical Center where she saw patients through all stages of their healing process. Her case experience includes orthopedics, neurology/neurosurgery, oncology and general medicine - in both hospital and outpatient clinic settings. Currently, when not seeing private clients, she treats patients with neurological impairments at Atlantic Rehab in New Providence, NJ.
She is a licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey, nationally Certified Athletic Trainer, member of the American Physical Therapy Association, member of the Alpha Eta Honors Society and Alumni Representative for New York Medical College.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and twin boys, going to the beach and traveling.
